Group Rates

Group discounts apply to an advance reservation made at least two weeks before the date of visit for 15 or more people with one contact for the group and one method of payment. Toddlers ages 1 & 2 are not included in the minimum of 15 to receive group rates with an advance reservation.

Memberships cannot be used for organized group visits.

VIEW GROUP PRICING

If using the Museums for All discount, please note that Museums for All is intended for individuals and families. The Museums for All rate may not be used for group visits such as field trips, daycare outings, birthday parties, etc.

Policy on Personal Celebrations:

To maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors and protect the integrity of our exhibits and spaces, the museum does not allow unauthorized personal celebrations, including pop-up birthday parties. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bringing in decorations (e.g., balloons, banners, candles, confetti, glitter, simulated weapons, sparklers, or table settings).
  • Serving or consuming party-related food and beverages such as cakes, cupcakes, or ice cream.
  • Reserving, holding or moving tables in our dining areas including Rotunda, Losantiville dining room and the lower level.
  • Bringing in tables and chairs.
  • Organizing group activities that disrupt the museum experience for others.

To be respectful of other guests, tables may not be used for longer than one hour.

Cincinnati Museum Center has an exclusive catering contract with SSA. If interested in purchasing food for your group, please contact catering@rahpouyanschool.com.

Visitors wishing to host private events must reserve a designated space through our event rentals team. Please contact us in advance for more information.

Enforcement:

Staff may ask groups not adhering to this policy to adjust their activities or leave the premises.
